Bayon Bakery was founded in February 1998 by Madam. Chang Sokkim with the idea of everyone deserves a high-quality bread at affordable price.

Our Bakery’s journey begins with the help of her siblings. The first store is opened near Central Market and it is an instant recognized by tremendous support from our customers. Our baguette is so popular that now people called baguette in general as Nom-Pang-Bayon. Quickly, Bayon Bakery has become a most recognized bakery brand in Cambodia of all time. Currently, we have 13 convenient locations throughout the city. To better serves you, there will be more to come in the coming years.
